On the surface, it must have DSP/SSP orientation with c-plane orientation (0001) ± 0.5°. The OFF Length must be 16 ± 1mm, 30 ± 1mm, and 47.5 ± 2.5mm respectively for 2 inch, 4 inch, and 6 inch. For the OF Orientation, the angle must be a-plane 0 ± 0.3°. TTV must be at most 10 μm while Bow must be -10 ~ 0 μm, -15 ~ 0 μm, -20 ~ 0 μm, and -25 ~ 0 μm respectively for 2 inch, 4 inch, 6 inch, and 8 inch. Warp must be at most 15 μm, 20 μm, 25 μm, and 30 μm respectively. The front side finishing must be epi-ready (Ra ＜ 0.3 nm), and the back side must be lapped (Ra 0.6 - 1.2 μm). It must be vacuum packaged in a clean room and must have a high-quality cleaning of particle size ≧ 0.3 um and metal contamination ≦ 2E10/cm2. Additionally, specifications can be customized to meet various applications, such as a/ r/ m-plane orientation, off-angle, shape, double side polishing, epi coating, AR/BBAR/Multiple AR coating.
