We supply sapphire crystal materials and custom-manufactured sapphire components for optical, semiconductor, electronics, scientific and high-temperature industrial applications.
Available product forms include sapphire crystal blanks, wafers, optical windows, circular discs, rectangular plates, rods, tubes and complex shaped components. Dimensions, crystal orientation, surface finish, edge treatment and dimensional tolerances can be customized according to customer drawings and application requirements.
Sapphire is a single-crystal form of aluminum oxide. It combines excellent hardness, optical transmission, chemical resistance, electrical insulation and high-temperature stability, making it suitable for demanding environments where conventional glass or polymer materials may not provide sufficient performance.
Our sapphire material and component range includes:

Final specifications are determined by product dimensions, application, crystal orientation and manufacturing feasibility.
Sapphire offers excellent resistance to scratching, abrasion and mechanical wear. It is suitable for protective windows, wear-resistant surfaces and components exposed to repeated contact or harsh working conditions.
Properly polished sapphire can provide good transmission from ultraviolet through visible and infrared wavelengths, making it suitable for optical windows, sensor covers, laser systems and observation ports.
Actual transmission depends on material thickness, surface finish, crystal orientation, wavelength and coating.
Sapphire maintains good mechanical and electrical properties under elevated-temperature conditions. It can be used in furnace equipment, high-temperature sensors and industrial systems where ordinary glass may soften or lose stability.
Sapphire provides strong resistance to many chemicals and corrosive environments. It is frequently selected for optical and mechanical components exposed to aggressive gases, liquids or cleaning processes.
As an electrically insulating crystal material, sapphire is suitable for electronic substrates, insulating components and applications requiring electrical isolation combined with thermal and mechanical stability.
Sapphire combines high hardness with good compressive strength, allowing thin components to provide reliable protection in demanding optical and industrial environments.

Sapphire wafers are used in semiconductor, optoelectronic and research applications. They can be manufactured in different diameters, thicknesses and crystal orientations.
Available processing options may include:
When requesting a quotation, please specify the wafer diameter, orientation, thickness, polishing condition, flatness, surface roughness and quantity.
Sapphire windows are suitable for optical systems operating under high pressure, high temperature, abrasive conditions or corrosive environments.
Typical configurations include:
Windows can be supplied with polished surfaces, edge chamfers and optional optical coatings.
In addition to wafers and windows, we manufacture sapphire rods, plates and complex shaped components according to drawings.
Custom processing may include:
Because sapphire is extremely hard and relatively brittle, design review is recommended before manufacturing complex or thin-walled structures.
