Semi-Insulating Silicon Carbide (SiC) composite substrate wafers are a new type of substrate materials for power electronics and RF microwave devices. Semi-insulating SiC composite substrates are widely used in power electronics, high-frequency microwave devices, optoelectronic devices and other fields.
